Hollyhock Ho-Boy!

This year has been intense.

In late January I had a bit of a medical complication.  A set back, if you will.  It couldn’t have come at a more stressful time because not only was I trying to set up my studio shop, but we were in the process of moving half way around the world.

Now that we’re here and settled and I’m 100% better and all of my previous custom orders are finished I can finally sit down.  And sew for myself.

This is the Hollyhock Hobo from Blue Calla Patterns in a custom Spoonflower print by Michaelzindell.

I love this bag.  I used some black cork from SewSweetness and the accent is a strip from the Patrick Lose Flower Power collection.

As usual, I modified the front to include a giant slip pocket that closes with a hidden magnet.
