Resist!

I finished up a second 241 Tote from Noodlehead today.  I’d been working on it on and off for a while now.  I knew I wanted to alter the pattern to have a long adjustable strap in order to wear it as a crossbody bag, which is more comfortable.

I modified the strap using some basic instructions from a Swoon pattern and then used grommets, since sewing through all the layers of linen proved impossible!

The embroidery is from Urban Threads and the safety pin fabric was sourced from Etsy!  The main bag is Essex Linen in Steel and it’s lined in simple black Kona.
